How I Started:
I just recently became active in working out. I was introduced to body sculpting from Turbo Jam. I now have The Firms Transfirmation DVD's which I absolutely love! Most of my workouts have been with dumbells.
Why I Love It:
~Ohhh...It makes me feel good! I love to move!

Pictures don't lie. OMG!
I'm 159.8 lbs. Although I haven't lost much weight, my clothes are getting loose. My hips are definitely shrinking. My back feels stronger. I love belly dancing!!! =)

2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder; 1 cup of 2% Low fat milk; approximately 5 ice cubes...blend and pour! Yum!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now...nutrition is my weakest area in my health plan. I know it's the most important, but I love food!!! =) Right now, the only thing I seem to keep track of is my protein intake.
Today I ran on the treadmill after putting it to the side for a month. Phew! Running is definitely something you build on. I've changed my work out plan. I am lifting heavy heavy maxing out on 6 reps and trembling afterwards. I've been focusing on back and chest with weights. ...
