I've always wanted a more attractive physique. I started lifting weights and drinking protein shakes, and I am on my way to my personal goals.
Why I Love It:
I love body building because of the response I get from the women lmao ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I find exercises that I love to do and space them out when I write up my workouts. That way, I can always train a favorite body part each day that I exercise. My Muscle & Fitness magazine always gets me crunk as well!!
BB Accomplishments:
Went from a skinny 170 to a nice, muscular 230lbs. I dont compete in any contests or anything like that. Its not that serious for me.
You know, I've said this before but it wasn't to you. Thats how it always is. You say, "I want this the abs a bit more tight, about an inch on the arms and calves, etc."
Then you get it, want more, and next thing you know its a lifestyle that you enjoy. :-)
