Started by doing cardio on treadmill for 4 weeks then started following exercise book I had its a 3 week program with 3 different levels of difficulty.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so much better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working 5 am to 5 pm it's very difficult but I make my self go to the garage every night at 7:30 or 8:00 and just get started.
BB Accomplishments:
I weighed 214 on 8/10/07 and now I'm at 188.
