How I Started:
My brother was lifting weights way before me, was getting bigger, was creaming me in strength....I wanted mainly the strength but also wanted to start building back some size, because I had dropped alotta weight after being tired of being fat...then when I grew in height and became a skinny 155lb weed I thought enough was enough...and that, ladies and gentlemen, is how it all began...
Why I Love It:
The buzz from lifting weights that are heavier than alot of bigger guys, seeing the effects weights have on my speed, the erphoria you have when you're in the zone with your favourite workout song doing your last set and really going for it shouting 'Come on'!
How I Stay Motivated:
I normally hate metal music but have to say working out to abit of P.O.D, Rage, Linnkin Park or most rock songs really get me psyched for lifting heavy. Hip hop helps motivate me and keep in rythm when I'm doing my speed workouts or power cleans n jerks or snatches.
Also, seeing others progress, especially those roughly on my level, and trying to stay one step ahead...

ne thing new going on? making progress with my chest. the back is rlly on a nice come up as well. rlly psyched about that. might be beginning to catch up to you bro.
yo mate from Mansfield in notts. well let me know when your around and we could have a training session show u what i do. I've trained for years just been un lucky with illness. Only just started back again. just doing track no weights at the min. Your doing well don't set your sell to many targets especailly in track due to conditions i was going for 10.7 one season didn't run any quicker than 11.00 or 22.00 every race i had a head wind couldn't believe it. So i say just run and WIN.

just i was thinking about getting to were i bench around 300 and getting cut ripped but maintaining the muscle mass, your back is a good example of what i'm shooting for. so yeah, thanks bro. piece.
Thanks bro, that is what I have been doing. Also, I have been alternating with the low reps heavy weight and the opposite. It seems to be helping esp. with the def., the growth is sic in the back. The pecs are coming along. KIT!
