Only been sprinting since May 2007, fastest timed 100m was 12.3 - now I am 0.1 second away from going under 11 seconds :) I'm going for 10 flat by the start of next year. Just watch.

yo mate from Mansfield in notts. well let me know when your around and we could have a training session show u what i do. I've trained for years just been un lucky with illness. Only just started back again. just doing track no weights at the min. Your doing well don't set your sell to many targets especailly in track due to conditions i was going for 10.7 one season didn't run any quicker than 11.00 or 22.00 every race i had a head wind couldn't believe it. So i say just run and WIN.
