Dude, I'm aiming to get your kinda stats in a year or two, although I do a power sport a little size wouldn't hurt...how long you been training to get that physique man??

Well only done a few sprint comps, this year hopefully will do more. At the moment I'm on a break and just lifting and doing plyos trying to gain as much strength and size as possible. End of september I'll be doing a lot more longer sprints like 250-300m and tapering down to 150m for the base.
Anywho, getting myself psyched to watch UFC 101 tonight whoooop!!!

Kl, yeah I've probably been collectively training in track for just over a year now (if I exclude the months off due to injury) but been lifting weights since 17. I like the competitive nature of athletics though, more motivating than straight cardio n it's encouraging knowing I can faster than people who've been doing it for years. Btw that is a SICK profile pic, best one I think!

ah cool so you're gonna be taking up track then? I'm kinda at a junction where I don't know what to do or where to take training coz I've so many injuries this year in track, might try taking a year of just building a strong powerful base n see what happens...how long you been training for?

we made some ridiculous ones but it's all good...yeah I can see your new diet and training is goin well man, as for the internet thing, since I was at uni I couldn't really do much on it, got another couple years left to finish the course then I'll be able to start. yo, not been on here for a minute mate, I run 100 and 200m, started Oct 2007 but had problems with injuries and no coach, then this year had a load of injuries so not been able to do any competitions yet. Fastest digital time I got in training was a 10.81 but now I have to work to try n get back into that shape. you do any sport?

LOL cool stuff, plyos are wicked anyway, if anything people should be including them in their workouts wherever and for whatever, nothing beats a heavy weight set followed by a plyo set, the intensity is unbelievable...but tell her to adopt your 'don't give a f*ck' attitude, end of the day theres nothing better than looking fit, feeling fit and being fit...burn people up in a race, look good and then feel uber satisfied after :)

Man you are pretty cut atm, look like same body fat levels as me except of course you carrying more muscle mass...but yeah I know what you mean, would be cool to get that shredded look, but surely it aint all too healthy bein that cut, atleast for a certain amount of time? But cheers mate, it's the only area I've never worked on that much but it's just always been there for some reason lol, got a mate who's never trained in his life n his lats are hayoooj!

ha yeah it's like trying to spot a black dude in a rock concert haha, but goodl uck man, it aint gonna take much training for you to achieve that goal since your already built, and man you're far more developed than me, It should be the other way around dog! I was training with one of my mates, only 18 but the guy dwarfs me, I felt like a weed...not good. But I can lift more haha
