Initially to get buff and impress the chics. But then the urge to start lifting big weights hit me. Ever since I had no intention of getting the 'look' and did it for the love of my hand and flesh bonding with iron...yeah. I get intimate with my weights. Treat em how I treat my women. Rough. :^D

Yeah for sure hit me up via private mail or if you have im. The flare up might not actually be an imbalance it could be something totally dif. and I have a couple ideas.
Thanks man...huge fan of yates row, on bending over about 70 degress but you have to use heavy weight for 10-12 reps and squezze and hold your back for a count of 2...that will surely get things pumped. Then wide lats pulldowns heavy for a miniumum of 10 reps. Seated rows superset with lat pullovers and finally two supersets of wide chins and narrw chins to failure then use assisted machine for another forced set. Hope this helps.
Bro you have got to be kidding me. Its good to be humble as you are. But my brother you look fantastic. Whatever you are doing its working. You have one of the best physiques out there. I know the feeling of its not enough, because you complement me and BTW: you blow me away by far. I have a long way to go, but I am getting there and people like you help me out a great deal, by seeing you and your comments.

Hey! Sounds like you're being smart with your training-good luck with your races :) Things are good with me-I just started a new position so things have been busy but I'm liking it so far.
