How I Started:
originally for baseball when I was a kid, I have always loved it but got off track the last 3 years.
Why I Love It:
I love the high associated with getting that last rep, feeling my muscles so sore I cant get up, then getting that one last set, that one last rep.
How I Stay Motivated:
The desire to feel good, feel accomplished, the pride of being better than yesterday.

Things are going great. My weight went up a pound but Im pretty sure its muscle. Cardio is becoming easier and my delts are gaining definition and most other muscle groups have gained volume. My goal is ultimately be at 205 and lean. I know it'll be hard right not because of my two...
