The Pump, the feel of being energized all about the feeling
How I Stay Motivated:
look in the mirror everyday knowing that i can change the way i look by hard work. knowing i can be in charge. Seeing the reaction on the faces of my friends and family :)

actually having a gym schedule my bench has almost gone up about 100lbs.. I quit smoking and drinking I GO TO THE GYM EVERYDAY AND I LOVE IT!!

Yea I have been here for almost 2 years and I have some pretty good friends and they are the 1's who got me into working out. I'm really glad they did. B/c I'm addicted and love it.
