When I Started: Aug, 2004
How I Started: I started working out simply because I was tired of being "the little guy". In 2004, I weighed only 122 pounds and I decided then and there that I had to do something about it. Over the time that I have been training, I went from a 122 pound weakling to a 170, now 180 pound, lean mass monster! I was so amazed with my results, I told myself that there will be no end to my training.
Why I Love It: I love woking out because I enjoy how people look at me. There are some that will compliment you like crazy on how muscular you are. Then there are those that will talk about you simply because they want what you have, but that's okay too because people like that are gonna come.
How I Stay Motivated: The Rocky soundtrack lol! Those songs, in my opinion are so motivational. They help me to get mentally and physically prepared for the gruesome workout ahead, and to push through it with the highest level of intensity possible.
BB Accomplishments: Standing at 5'3", I have jacked my arms to 18.5, now 19 inches. For my size, that is incredibly huge! I also acheived a whopping 700 pound deadlift, a HUGE improvement from my 405 pound deadlift and I'm still stuck right now with my 500 pound squat.

People tell me to eat more to gain mass but when i eat 8 meals a day i get a get and my abs wont show. but when - eat 5 meals a day my abs show but i dont gain weight. i rely on weigth gainers cuz i gained 20lbs from cytogainer by cytosport. how do i gain mass but stay lean?

I see, to be honest i went to those shows because my dad help me with transportation (hes retired) the Fresno's Flex Wheeler, and Musclemania San Diego, and World. The Arnold was because my sponsors set up a both and asked if i could come when i agreed i then asked to compete, so i was lucky.
