Day1:Biceps-triceps:
-wide arm barbell curl (5sets X 12reps)
-dumbell concentration curls (4sets X 10reps)
-close grip cable curls (3sets X 12reps)
-reverse barbell curls (3sets X 10-12reps)
-rope pulldown (5 sets X 12reps)
-skull crushers (4sets X12 reps)
-dips (3sets X 20 reps)
-one arm overhead triceps extentions(3sets till fail)

Day2:-off-

Day3:Chest-Back:
-flat barbell press(6sets X 20 reps)
-cable crossover (4sets X 12 reps)
-incline dumbell press (5 sets X 12 reps)
-one arm dumbell rows ( 5 sets X 10 reps)
-lat pulldowns (5sets X 12 reps)
-chinups till fail

Day4:-off-

Day5:Shoulders-Legs:
-Overhead machine shoulder press(5sets X 12reps)
-front dumbell raise (3sets X 12 reps)
-side dumbell laterals (3sets X 12 reps)
-rear delt extentions (3sets X 12 reps)
-leg press (6sets X 10 reps)
-leg extentions (3sets X10 reps)
-leg curls (3sets X10 reps)
-calf raises (5 sets till fail)
