A friend of mine challenged me to participate in the DFW Mud Run in Nov 09. In order to do that I will definitely need to lose 50 pounds.

I will begin a twelve week transformation workout routine. I will perform cardio 4 times a week (bike, treadmill, jump rope, sprints). I will weight train 3 times a week. I will eat no more than 2500 calories a day.
