Overall Goal: Cut up even more, and gain lean muscle, maybe see what 3% bodyfat looks like. Also still working on size I lost in my right leg after ACL surgery. * Posting Max's and Body Measurement numbers on this site is a joke. Flexed vs unflexed,**

Goal (Long):
Would like to increase lean muscle and maybe get to 3% bodyfat. Just had surgery in Oct 2008 to repair a ruptured/torn ACL in my right knee. At the same time I am trying to accomplish my goal of reaching 3% bf and trying to regain the size in my right leg and surpass the size my legs were before the injury. I am also wanting to get into modeling/fitness modeling. Doing some photo shoots and putting together a portfolio. Would also like to become a certified trainer and maybe compete in a bodybuilding show.
*** Posting Max's and Body Measurement numbers on this site is a joke. I know guys on here from the gym inflating their numbers by posting measurements while flexing and calling 1/4 or 1/2 movements reps. ****
Hey Jay! I got my 'sporty' red n' black Carbon custom made sports brace from an AXIOM representative. I told my docs I wanted one since I planned on being more active than the norm. It made me less "scared" TO workout and provided enough support to help me along until I was ALL better. Get one if U can... *smile*
Sorry to hear about ur recent injury Jay. My ACL reconstruction used the cadaver procedure. I was restricted from squats and the like for a FULL 6 months. But I'm glad I did take it slow as prescribed by doc. I lost almost 3" of muscle but NOW I have ober 2" More than I did before injury. It's not FUN but enjoy your downtime and Get Well Soon! *smile*
