How I Started:
I started in College.. to be better and stay healthy while playing football.
Why I Love It:
I like the challenge of staying fit, and seeing the results... being the proof that determination and hard work are the difference.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set an unrealistic goal for myself. As vain as it may sound I love being in shape and being athletic and just able to DO ANYTHING!!! rock climb, jog in 5-10k, play competetive flag football ...etc I just like being active!
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 225lbs - 22 Reps
Sqauting over 400lbs
Really just building my body into what it has become and knowing how much better it can be..

Goal (Long):
The Idea is to have a perfect physique at 190lbs. I am 5'9-5'10 I used to play football so I have pretty big thighs and good mass but at this stage in my life I want rip it. So I would say I am going for the look good in swim trunks look *lol*
absolutely nowhere....I have been playing around too much. But as of Friday I got serious with my diet. So once I lose those 8lbs then I will concentrate on definition. If they both can happen at the same time but until then i have nuff work to do :( How is everythign going with ur goals?
