How I Started: I was playing league basketball and wanted to add some size.
Why I Love It: I love the strong body and mind that come from working out.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing results myself is numero uno. And anytime I see someone else's success I am happy for them and encouraged by their efforts. Oh, and cleverly written TV commercials featuring Peyton Manning telling me to buy bigger shirts because I'm probably not gonna get rock hard abs - WRONG Peyton!!! This year both Manning QBs will watch Romo win the Superbowl!!!!!!!

I'm the one on the left... Our gym's 35 lb. dumbbells look like most gym's 100 lb. dumbbells.  Decided to go with the "Howie Long Flattop."

probably something like activate xtreme and 6 oxo to get your test production back to normal.
