I want to lose BF and lean out. I have lost 10 pounds since August. I am starting to see muscles on lower legs and I think they are getting too big.
Should I focus more on cardio and risk getting all saggy or continue to weight train?
What is the most efficient way to burn fat and lean out?
I was looking at your bicep. You must be lifting some really good weights. Not only is it bigger but you can see how much better the shape is. You really have a lot of potential! Definitely keep on lifting those weights and you will get amazing results.

Lol must be your second home if leaving your toothbrsh there :). Training is good right now! Adding more size, getting ready to do my first how in April so I'm stocked about that ! Time to kick some ass lol. Any competition plans for ya?
