Things are going pretty good, just so damn crazy!! Lacrosse is going ok, we are so young this year. Baby is 3 months now so that brings new challenges. Health wise, he is doing well though. Doing pretty good with working out. I am hanging in there. Overall, things are going well. I hope you are doing well, take care. Sorry took so long to get back to you!!! I apologize about that!!

Trey is doing pretty good!! Things have been crazy!! Basketball just ended and on to Lacrosse. School is ok, can't wait till summer!!!!!!! How are things going for you?? How are your workouts? How is school going??

Hell YEAH, any win against Steelers is sweet. Who do you hope we get as a coach? I hope it is either Jason Garret or Bill Cowher. I want someone from the outside to be honest. Although don't want to lose Ryan. It is difficult choice because Billick set the bar high as he did get us to the playoffs quite a bit regardless of crazy play call this year.

Have been swamped. Hope you are having a great break from school and a had a great holiday!! Mine was good and break is going well. Painted the nursery and getting ready for Trey. He is coming on January 15th, been busy getting ready!!

Same strategy with the carbs and protein. This time of year gets tough with so many sweets around. Your biceps look great in the pictures.

You really have made great progress in looking at your pictures, congratulations!! You have lost a lot of weight and toned up very nicely. With your goal of 5 lbs, you should definitely hit it. I know I have found success with eating higher amounts of protein and lowering carbs. Good luck to you, I am sure won't be long till you put up a new goal! Kick ass and take names!
