I have been into lifting for about 18 years starting in high school for sports. I then got more serious about it when I began college lacrosse. Since then it has become something that is a focus for me as it makes me just feel better about life.
Why I Love It:
I love the discipline it takes, the feeling of progress, and the rush it gives me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading the boards and reading the magazines. Not to mention by mentally getting an image of what I want to look like.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet.

Here I am at beach at 223 lbs. I don't know the body fat, way too much.
Hopefully you see some some improvement from my last photos. I finally broke below 200 pounds. I am at 199. I am pretty psyched about it.
I am 6'3 and 34 years old and have already lost 21 lbs due to a high protein diet. This puts me between 202 and 204 lbs, depending on the water I may be holding on to. I would ideally like to get to about 195 pounds.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
1. Before and throughout my workout I take a BCAA or EAA drink: Xtend or Purple Wrath
2. Often times a pre-workout formula
3. Sometimes Beta Alanine

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
1. Whey Protein Shake: 50 grams of whey protein (this is a great window to absorb the aminos and protein to help the body recover and rebuild)
2. Creatine: Currently creatine monohydrate (5 grams)
3. Beta Alanine: (3 grams)1. Whey Protein Shake: 50 grams of whey protein (this is a great window to absorb the aminos and protein to help the body recover and rebuild)

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Amphetalean by Beast is a great energy supplement because it provides clean long lasting energy without a crash. It doesn't make you jittery at all, just gives a great boost that lasts due to its unique 2 Stage delivery system. I work for Beast, but if I truly didn't get good results, I wouldn't recommend it on here. I recommend other products that are quality products from other manufacturers.Amphetalean by Beast is a great energy supplement because it provides clean long lasting energy without a crash. So far the cut is still going well. I have dropped down to 196 and am down to 12-13% bodyfat. I am pretty pleased with it, especially considering we are getting into the winter months, whch I find to be a more difficult time to lose weight. I am pretty focused as far as eating high...
great to hear from you. I thought that you fell off the face of the earth there for awhile.
so its back to being the dad to a baby! Congrats. I am glad to hear the baby is in good health and spirits. hope your spirits are the same.

Cower would be great, but he's made it known that he is taking 2 years off, period. I just hope that they don't go for a College coach.
The game was lots of fun. But no more this year.
How's the training going?
Dude, Went to the Raven's game yesterday. Even though the game meant nothing to us, it was great to see the 40% attendance of Steeler fans leave quietly with their tails between their legs. Have a Happy New Year.
