I am good . glad to hear your smashing goals ! my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon .

i was on a break from the gym (holidays kicked my ass) getting back into it today.... hopefully I have not fall back to far.... I still going for 8-10% by March.... check out my new tattoo too. good luck with school ....
