since i started weightlifting ive been hooked.Its a way to relieve stress from a frustrating day at school and plus i love doing things that make me stronger and more athletic.
How I Stay Motivated:
by telling my self over and over i have a chance to acomplish what ever i want. i just have to put the time and effort in trying to become the best athlete i can possibly be.The skies the limit baby,i work my ass off in whatever im competing in.For example after track practice while others are going home and sitten on thier couches watchin tv im in the weightroom worken my ass off tryin to reach my full potential.

I want to be the best athlete in my school.
Goal (Long):
All my life ive been up for a challenge.Ever since i was a small child i wanted to be the best, show i was top dog. wether it was playing a game of flag football or just a video game i always wanted to win.now that im in highschool everything is so much more competitive and if you arnt one of the top dogs in whatever sport you play you will just be known as nobody.I dont want to be average i want to be the best.I want coaches around my league to be talking about me,i want to break my highschool 100,200,and longjump records.which right now are within my grasp.Im also going after a handfull of weightlifting records at my highschool.I want to become the best athlete in my school and really the main goal im shooting for is being recruted by a D1 or D2 college for either basketball,track or football.with the motivation i have right now im hoping i can achieve my goals.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
i must be blessed with geneticly great calves because all i do is weighted calf raises and my size has shot up.

there kinda is when u come out of the blocks stay low dont just stand straight up. you are like me u accelerate fast but u hit top speed at like 70 meters. i had the same problem. the 100 is all about getting out of the blocks. ive only lost 2 races ever in high school but college was a whole different ball game.
