A friend of mine who has become a personal trainer gave me a program tailored to my goals in life. That same trainer told me about Bodybuilding.com and from there I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding - Love feeling healthy, love the feeling I get from busting my butt in the gym. I like to look good, feel great and be healthy.
Kickboxing/MMA - Intensity, Intensity, Intensity!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Remember my goal. Stay focused. Remember where I was when I started, and how much I have progressed. I constantly take feedback from myself and others and use it as motivation to get bigger, stronger, and overall more healthier.
Bodybuilding.com motivates me, friends, and family.
BB Accomplishments:
With the help of my trainers, coaches, BB.com, www.enviedbodiesfitness.ca I did a very good solid bulk from 152 to 209lbs. After my bulk I was given a program to shred the weight so I could make my weights for Mauy Thai / Kickboxing fights.
So it was just announced today that my Nov 15th fight will be a rematch against the guy I lost to on Oct/25/09. I'm currently still battling a stomach bug (and to be honest it might have started prior to my last fight) but I should be back in full swing starting Monday.

I am happy to inform anyone interested that, I now have a 2nd place finish in the UFE Shows event I attended. Due to the winner of the show testing positive for steriod use.
Good luck at your upcoming fight!! I was going to try and come see the fight since Woodbridge is so close to where I am, but just realized I'll be in Montreal for my first competition :(
