thats a good time still. i want to share my program with you, i picked it up out of mens fitness. its a strength building program. can you check it out and tell me what you think as far as using it for strength building?

Yea, when i was there we took a brief 1 week trip to Savannah ANG because of runway construction at Langley. I can only hope to one day be part of the Ironmen...or some sort of fighter/bomber/attack/anything squadron...ha! But I'll definitely look you up if/when I'm in Virginia!
Yea, it's an Academy patch from a flying team I was on for a few years (just got my commission 2lt last may)...we stole the Eagle Driver design, changed the colors, and added snoopy on a cessna. Anyways, I was at Langley 3 years ago and got a backseat 15 ride from a guy named Nick "BONIS" Huet...do you know/remember him? He's flying F-22s now...
Maybe we'll be working with each other sometime down the road!

Dude your swoll as fuc*! Wish I was there. For some reason I'm gaining in my stomach and not the arms and other body parts. I dunno what the deal is i'm eating mass and working out but i'm not gaining. Think i'm low in the hgh levels. shoot me a message if you can throw me some advice.
