Wake up: Casein & Banana
With first meal: Optimen, ON Fish Oil, BB CLA
With second: Vitamin D (guess I'm deficient turns out!0
With third/fourth: Optimen, ON Fish Oil, BB CLA
With fifth: Vitamin D
Pre workout: Jack3d (starting to look elsewhere, I don't like the jitters...)
Post-workout: ON Whey, BB Micronized Creatine, ON BCAA 1000, ON Glutamine
Throughout: ON AMINO Energy (tastes really good, not sure cost/benefit atm, but gonna use this and the next one up and see if I want to keep it up. Love waking up to it in the mornings though!)
