I started getting interested in weight training from going to my neighbors basement and watching him and his other buddies lift.I was the youngest of all the guys trying to fit in .My uncle also competed back in the late 70's and i can still remember him even as a child, and was awed by his size.
Why I Love It:
1.It keeps you looking young
2.It keeps your strenght and stamina up
3.You look great in all types of clothing(especially shirts one size too small).
4.It gives me a great sense of accomplishment.
5.The list goes on,just too many more benefits, but thanks for asking.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always stay informed by reading all kinds of training articles,i actually write some my self ,and i own a supplement store-that always helps knowing about certain products that give you the extra edge.
BB Accomplishments:
no competitions, just fitness modeling, and appearances in TV and Film.
I've been lifting several yrs. Have made good progress but feel like I've hit a plateau. Any advice on best way to put on more mass? I'd taken supplements in the past but didn't see much difference. Don't take anything regularly now. Thanks
Awesome pic. You raise the bar a little high for the rest of us. Keep us all posted of your continued success and progress with any new progress pics or vid clips.
