Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
when you pay to go somewhere you are more likely not to palm it off ha ha
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
look out for good trainers
avoid gyms that are more social networks
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?

So training has been going quite well. Ive been lifting great with awsome gains and awsome form.
I am squating 35kg at 15 reps which i think is fantastic!
I am barbell rowing 40kg at 15 reps yay! and dumbbell rowing 20kg at 15 reps :)
My biceps are coming along slowly but they...

Hope the rest of the program is going well too and your making good progress with gaining lean muscle mass...your recent photos suggest you are going well for sure ... keep up the intensity...trust me its worth it !

Its ok...nothing great...I guess the key point is I'm still there at it...there are worse options out there...like not lifting at all and that would be a disaster
