How I Started:
I started just to lose weight at first. Weight was 248lb at 36% Body fat. I worked real hard and my weight game down to 174lb at 17% Body fat in 5 weeks. That made it much easier to see what had to be done. I currently weigh 233lb with 11% body fat. I consider that a good gain.
Why I Love It:
I love to train because my success does not depend on anyone else.
How I Stay Motivated:
I train up to a point were I can barley move. I'll then just start to laugh and realize how insane people are.
BB Accomplishments:
I would like to compete one day but I have stage fright. I know what the standard is and I'm not an idiot.
This was the end of our Winter in SA. Now its time to cutdown again for Summer. I want to maintain my weight above 220lbs while bringing my BF down to about 7-8%.
My Workout is a combination of the DoggCrapp Training Style and Drop Sets. I try to go a little heavier each week while completing 8-10Reps with good from. The Drop set is to take me to almost complete failure. Now that I have a training partner again I want to use that to my advantage.
Yes rugby is a very savage sport I stopped due to a serious knee injury in high school. I love to just play touch for fun and leave the serious hitting to the pros. For me combing some sport with weight training is very effective. Your back is exposive thats why I atomatically thought rugby player. If you were americain i would of said football but you are $SA$
