Thanks for the blog comment. Things are going great! Business is good, home life is exciting rather than overwhelming, and the gym game is excellent! The adjustment from one to two kids is going great, as we are having fun with it. BTW, your back is looking huge in your new pic!

Things are going great. I'm expecting a son to be born tomorrow, so thats on my plate this weekend. Today is a big day for training as well, hitting my own workout and taking 9 others through theirs as well!

Yep, those were from a while back. I haven't done them for months. Actually haven't deadlifted for months, but will be starting up again in around 7 weeks. I just used straps because I wanted to double overhand it, which is tough to do with 400+ for reps. I think my personal best is around 550 without straps.

Good morning. Im currently on a program that I spent a couple of weeks putting together. Im keeping it under wraps for now because I have paying trainees who I need to be fair to. My frequency is each muscle group twice every 8 days along with some conditioning and tissue repair work. That's about all I can say right now.
I plan to put out a dvd on program construction though in 2010.
My diet is big right now at 3800-4000 cals as Im on the gain train for a few months.
How about you?

Nice work on the arm blast! Remember, keep it to about 12 workouts to avoid burnout. Its not easy, its just alot of depleting sets and reps!

Nah, when you're taller than someone, its hard to feel small by them.
Yep, pretty much everything the same. You're definitely uppin me on the squat and bench, but my deadlift is something I've got you on ;) I'm up around 500 on that.
Biochemistry degree for me btw.

Hey Tina,
Yes, I train full time, along with owning a meal replacement bar company as well. I train at three gyms and also do home training when necessary. I love it. I answer to myself and change lives :) Next step is owning my own facility.

Do you do any HRT? I've wondered about that as my age increases.

Yep, I went to MSU. I've been done with school for a few years now, but I spend a good amount of time there and really enjoyed it. You?

Regarding your questions, I do a variety of rep/set templates. I use a lot of my programs that I use on my online and personal clients. I field test them first on myself:) As far as cardio, I do my own interval layout as well involving a mix of HIIT and LIT combined. PM me man!
