I am constantly seeing results, and have been since I started. Also, my career is working out, so I need to stay on top of things.

Hey man, just watched your rack DL videos and they are not bad. form is good. The lifting straps are OK, but I never use them. What do they do for you? Also, are you doing the rack DL as back or leg development? That is, when do you include this exercise

Sunday and Wed = Legs, primarily Squats, deadlifts, cleans, and other compound movements with targeted exercises for definition
Monday and Friday = Back and Chest, Lots of heavy barbell and dumbell for mass and some accessory work for definition
diet needs to improve: I've eaten wel all week and will calculate calories and etc the weekend
