First off id like to thank this site for exsisting. I have learned so much from bodybuilding.com and love my new lifestyle. I decided to enter this challenge soley because i wanted change i even moved diffrent states to get myself out of partying, drinking and just all around bad habits. As i saw my body each day in the mirror and not being happy with myself and always feeling tired and lazy and eating anything (The worst was that late night eating for me, that just started to pack the fat on... DoWork13 Hey man! Sorry I have been away lately. I had a ton of exams the past two weeks. You don't have to cut creatine. It will help keep your strength up while dieting. Also, DO NOT up your reps.
