....a mom at my sons school said something inappropriate to me, later that morning something else happened that caught me off guard and I took it harder then I thought I would have. Tried to maintain a positive outlook and stay focused on my goals but the more I tried to not think about the situation the worst it got in my head so, I ate subway. Not bad but it wasn't apart of my diet. Then I felt bad about that and decided I needed a windys chocolate frosty. I figured I already messed up and I want something to make me feel better because I feel so mad about the day so far (it really didn't ma...

This morning I almost didn't go to the gym.  I set my alarm for 5am and shut it off when it alerted me to wake up. 645am rolled around and I laid in bed trying to keep my eyes shut.  Then I kept thinking, Candace really? are you going to lay in bed, try to sleep and then feel bad about not making it to the gym this morning??? or are you going to get up and just do it!!?? whelp, after much arguing with myself.....I did it! and i"m so glad I did.  This evening I plan to go back for some cardio and my goal is to lose 1 pound by Monday. Today went really well!! Got an encouraging comment this morning on bodyspace that helped me get that much more focused on making today a successful day.  I ate well, hit the gym for an 1 and 45 min this afternoon. hour on the stairs and 45min weight training upper body.  Burned 440cal on the stairs and I don't know how many weight training. I was thinking about going back to calorie count.com which I love but I don't know if that's going to burn me out with keeping track of everything again.  I think I'll just keep to bodyspace...

previe (sorry ran out of characters :P) I think the article is more targeted towards girls who want small tight bums but it's probably a good way to build mass if u go as heavy as u can. Oh & try incorporate dropsets. I hope that helped! Feb 24, 2012 3:21pm

previe thank you:) I've been basically doing alot of heavy leg work. I can't do squats at the moment coz the groin muscle on my left leg is really tight. The most i can squat is about 66lbs but I make sure that i go a low as possible. I go heavier on hack squats(about 180lbs) 7 also do lunges. angryamazon I am doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit Program so whatever it says I do. I like to be told what to do ahahahhhha. But there is a really good book I like too its called "The New Rules for Lifting for Abs" I really love this writer and personal trainer. I noticed the most results with this program.
