I was determined to have a healthier way of eating, and to work out on a regular basis.
Why I Love It:
I feel great when I workout and my energy level is high, as well as seeing the results from working out!!
How I Stay Motivated:
The way I feel after working out as well as how I look. Lifting weights helps me get through anything I'm dealing with at that time. I enjoy the compliments from my Co-workers who see how fit I am.

hey how are you? everything going well with my workout you about to turn 40 no way you look like your about 23 years old looking good but be patient cause the results will come thru just keep on pushing and one dat I will see you on the front cover of a magazine lol keep it up
Hey! the workouts are goin slow right now. I tore my pec and tendons away from my right shoulder in august and had surgery. so right now i'm just rehabbing everyday and workin on my legs. high reps low weight. I'm doin my best to stay motivated but it is hard when you have an injury like this. Thanks for keeping in touch. How are you doing? how are ur workouts goin?

I'm not sure what area of Orlando you live in but if you make it to Oviedo, I would recommend for you to drop by O-Zone nutrition. My trainer is one of the owners and they have a lot of knowledge and enjoy helping others. Have fun.
I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures.
