A persoal friend of mine names James Shumpert one day invited me to the gym to show me some excercises to build a litte bit of muscle. He was competing in competitions at that current time. I started meeting with him to work out steadiy once a week. He was very motivating and patient with me. I started to get on some supplements and quickly began seeing bigger and bigger results! Eventually it became 2 days a week working out with him and 3 days on my own.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body change. In bodybuilding there is always room for improvement. There is always something that you can better. Have short term goals then achieving them makes me feel accomplished.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lots of hard work in the gym and also gaining knowledge all the time makes the difference in physique. Diet and being consistent has been a huge part of my success.
BB Accomplishments:
Been able to look, feel, and be more confident at each and every show i have done. I have now done 4 total so far.
Great Physique! Check out http://www.idfa.ca. The IDFA runs Natural Bodybuilding, Fitness Model, and Figure competitions. Thanks, Shaun Campbell, IDFA Founder
i dieted for 12 weeks. i ate a lot of food cuz i started with a low bodyfat. i took Taraxatone for the last 3 days cuz i was holdin warter in my quads and a lil in my lowerback. Next time i'll diet a probablly 14-16 weeks just to play around to see what works and not. i think i did more work and different strategies than other competitors, cuz i had to retain as much muscle as possible during the 12 weeks.it worked
