Why I like this video: One of the greatest song of the world what I've ever heard. Sorry that I included a video here without bodybuilders. But on the other hand a great song has a common feature of bodybuilding. I mean perfection what they both are tended to reach. So...enjoy the song.
Pasty Kensit, Eighth Wonder - I'm not Scared
Played: 73
Why I like this video: Some women are beautiful naturally without any supplements and workouts. Unfortunately it was not given for everybody and therefore we are here. But despite of that let's enjoy a nice girl and her singing. The music is great.

Reflex Nutrition Instant Whey
Started: Aug 04, 2008
Reason: Reflex Nutrition Instant Whey is the top protein in England.
I cook 400gram whole grain pasta, 6 boiled eggs & 2 baked potato to take to work every day, i eat on every break, approx every 2-3 hrs, I mix 2 tins tuna & light mayo with pasta & it does 2 meals. The shakes- best before workout = 1 banana, poridge & one protein shake mixed with water - After workout = protein powder, creatine, BCAA, Maltodextrinand dextrose mixed in water. Casein shake before bed. I hope all this info helps, feel free to ask as much as you like
Bulk= min calorie intake 4500 per day, with min 500 gram cards (whole grain), min 200 gram protein. Only time for shakes are in morning and the mixture on my page for immediately after workout.Cutting, first two weeks gradually decrease carbs, weeks 3-5 only carbs would be porridge in morning, banana before workout - lots of greens, chicken, tuna, beef, salmon. Last week, porridge in morning no other carbs, last 3 days no carbs at all. . Always drink at least 4LTR water- more during cut
this site seems more interactive. I have about 4000 friends on myspace, but made good contacts over there as well. I also have most of my info here. The formatting is better as far as progress and goals
Hi, I watched your video. I am more of a boxer than a kick boxer, but from what I could see, your strongest point is your ability to sustain a high level of power - endurance and explosive power - and grind your opponent down. I am guessing if you can dish that out you can take it too, so even better. Is that a home gym?
What the heck do you do to keep getting banned? You're going to get kicked off soon. Don't know anyone who tried Venon and we spend too much time making fun of Hydroxycut's advertising to try it. :p Lipo is the only one that any of my trainer friends feel has reliable results. (Except for my trainer friends who are selling product, of course. They all believe their products are 100%.)
In my personal experience, Lipo6 was the only one to make a difference and it wasn't much. Overall I've not seen a clear indication that fat burners make much difference for myself, my clients, my friends or in third party studies. Some people claim great results with them but I have to wonder if it was a placebo effect or perhaps they were more meticulous in their diet and workout schedule.
I'm familiar with sport/strength enhacing supplements as well as fat burners but I don't consider myself an expert regarding them. I'm much more knowledgeable about nutritional & vitamen supplements.
