PureLifeFitness Do Heavy weight as well as high reps with low weight. Only do abs 3x a week. Some people do it every day. It's not really the best route. They need to re-coop also just like every other muscle group. Abs are largely diet though. You can have jacked abs but you'll never know it if your diet isn't spot on. Aug 31, 2009 7:18am
