Overall Goal: I'm currently trying to lose 10 lbs and reach 165. After that goal is met(hopefully in 3 weeks), I will try to gain 5 lbs of muscle, work on the abs and keep myself at 170 there on after. I'm down from 210 so I'm trying to battle the current plateau.

Had a passion for it, work for GNC for 3 years, stopped working out for 4-5 years, now I'm going back. I still have all the sport nutrition info in my mind, so that's helping me get back on track.

Any suggestions, tips, or opinions are greatly appreciated. I stopped working out like 4 years ago, and trying to build a great body this year.
It's a lot easier to judge other peoples' bodies other than your own. For that reason, I can offer a decent opinion on what needs improvement in your body and would like the same feedback.

The thing is I really doesn't matter at what speed I lose it, and I am addicted to lifting weights now, don't think I can stop!
