My PT has me doing tucks and tips to get the spine back in alignment. I do them a few times a day and always before and after I lift. I have a home traction unit and have used it once but only use it when my neck feels tight or after a hard workout.
Hey, rehab is going good. I am done with physical therapy, at least the PT showed me all that I need to keep the spine safe and help recover from the injury. Strength and pumps are coming back on the right side and the PT thought this is a sign that the disc has begun to heal. Still have some neck soreness tightness on certain days but seems to get better when I do my spine exercises. Follow up with spine surgeon next week.
hey spoke to my wife, she believes chiro docs do treat c6 & c7 protrusions. basically i believe they handle anything regarding spine alignment. how you feelin these days?
havent had a chance to sit down and go over thread...my injury is getting better though at 60% strength for pressing movements! thats up from 30%! i'll take some time later tonight and update. how are you?
