How I Started:
Well I picked up a flex mag and realized how I wanted to look. I've always been much bigger and stronger than everyone I knew (all Absolute strength not true weight training). I just wanted to see how far I could push it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being in shape (even though I'm far from that now). I love being the big guy.
How I Stay Motivated:
That's the problem, life has killed my motivation. After Katrina everything went to hell including my body.
BB Accomplishments:
Won my first local BB show at 267 lbs.And 6% bodyfat. Nothing big,(local show) but it was big for me. Kevin Lavrone told me I was awsome.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I where sweats, big ones. I'm A very big guy so to cut down on interruptions (which i dont mind after a workout)I just try to conseal the muscle. Also it helps me keep my sweat to MYSELF.
