Tues: Chest, Shoulders, and Calves
Wed: HIIT
Thurs: Back, Abs, and Calves
Fri: Hamstrings, Quads
I Try to switch it up alot when working out. If I do the same thing too often i get bored. I do have favs though that i tend to include when working the associated body part. Although i try to change something such as grip or bar type, weight ect... A few of those are skull crushers, standing EZ bar bicep curls, bent over rows, pullups, dips, squats, deadlifts, and cleans.
