at 174 not sure how much fat (too much). just starting back up after a year off from sickness, injuries, flood and wife have surgery all in the last year.

this is me semi-relaxed. i tried to get my abs to show. i was able to a year ago but not now. need to get rid of all that fat around mid-section.
