How I Started:
I started out in the weight room for football during high school at around age 15. After high school I continued lifting off and on but it wasn't until the last couple years I started researching proper diet, training, and recovery.
Why I Love It:
I like to try and keep in shape and maybe even one day I'll try and compete.
How I Stay Motivated:
Before and after pics. At this point there is no turning back.
