5-6 small meals until bedtime with water in between.
8am morning meal 1 - 3 oz ea of strawberries, cherries, banans, blueberries, granola with raisins.
11 am morning meal 2 - 4 oz chicken, blackbeans, brown rice, california mixed veggies, baked potato sliced red onion and green olives topped with chineese chili sauce and basal vinegar.
2 pm lunch meal - same as above with pinto beans instead of black beans.
6 pm dinner meal - whatever the wife cooks
9 pm meal - same as 8 am meal.
at least 64 oz of water for the day
maybe 6 egg whites with one yoke, salsa, toast, butter, strawberry jam for 8 am meal sometimes.
