Thats cool buddy, keep it up if its working so far! Things are good here with work and lifting. Testing tomorrow for my next rank in karate, then finishing the christmas shopping! My band might be getting back together after 2 years off so that will be great if it works out and I get to play shows again! Keep me posted on the diet and let me know if you need any new exercises to try out!

Hey, nice progress! I saw your blog on sleeping/depressed. I would say before you go see a shrink make sure your eating enough, sleeping 8 hours, taking a multivitamin and drinking enough water EVERYDAY! You do this and you will wake up bubbling full of energy every morning! :)
