How I Started:
2008 New Years resolution to get back into shape and try to live healthier. It actually took until around June of 2008 before I became really serious about training. Haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding makes me feel good about myself both physically and mentally. I'm stronger, healthier and more confident about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly challenging myself and making new goals when I accomplish something i've set for myself.

yea dude your telling me, ive been oing it for about 2wks. ive dropped 5 pounds & went from a 37w to 36w. so its ok so far. i figure this is the only way i can droop my waist line to look more like your. what about you buddy, how are you? hows work?

hey my thanksgiving was ok i had to work late so i just ate but did not have any carbs which is really hard on thanksgiving. theses day im doing a keto diet which is just protine during the week & carbs on the weekend, this way i can lower my waist line like yours

ok i could barely walk down the stairs in the gym and almost fell in the parking lot....haha. it was an awesome workout!!! my legs have no feeling at the moment!!
