How I Started:
2008 New Years resolution to get back into shape and try to live healthier. It actually took until around June of 2008 before I became really serious about training. Haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding makes me feel good about myself both physically and mentally. I'm stronger, healthier and more confident about myself.

ok i could barely walk down the stairs in the gym and almost fell in the parking lot....haha. it was an awesome workout!!! my legs have no feeling at the moment!!
im actually going to work them tonight. had a birthday dinner to go to last night. but im excited to workout right after work...one hour and counting!!!
Now that im over the flu, im back on track. Arms are sore as hell. Tomorrow is legs day. Im looking forward to it. Been trying to get them to grow. Hams, quads and glutes are growing but struggling with calves.
nice work man..staying lean! I've been very slow on my gains after adding about 15lbs. I'm holding steady which is sorta frustrating. Any suggestions on getting over the next hurdle?
