I got a gym membership and just enjoyed working out, but then results yielded big time after a while. But after learning more and more about fitness and working out and lifting, im just grown to love it even more!
Why I Love It:
The feeling of the pump. And watching the body change slowly. and feeling and seeing the changes! Plus doing new workouts and feeling stronger! and learning more and more about body building and fitness, it seems you can always learn something new : )
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at all the people on here has helps!!!
BB Accomplishments:
well a while back i was so excited i finally lift my body weight in just about every excersise. but now im at the point where im over 200 pounds on major lifts which i am proud of. I can't wait til i get closer to 300 on some lifts!

I really would like bigger arms, and to go from 10% fat to 6%. Im 180 and i'd like to gain muscle and be up to 195 and lean. I'd also love to just be ripped and have much much more defined abs. Wish me luck...
I did the 5x5 program for a while and it helped alot. Now i just lift as heavy as possible to try to gain size and strength. Im pretty happy with the gains ive made on my max's and look forward to putting more pounds on the bar : )
