My goal is to lose 20 pounds of fat and gain 20 pounds of muscle. Become the best female bodybuilder I can be going into my 40's!
Goal (Long):
I really am ready to make a true commitment to myself and fulfill a long time goal. I have completed alot in my life. Raised my two daughters and helping my daughter raise my 2 year old granddaughter. I feel it is my time to shine and doing this will not only make me proud of myself but my daughters can see that you really can do anything you put your mind to. My fiance is a understanding man as well and my pillar. I promise to me and everyone that I will be a 140 pound woman with 12-14% bodyfat by 09/2010!
Ok, it is time to use you as my inspiration. I can do it and keeping an eye on your training shows me not to give up. Hopefully I can lose some fat by my 40th birthday this Dec.2nd. Talk to you soon and as always, you truly look great Sherri. Dyanna

Too many people these days think they can't lose weight and so they don't even try, but you are proving that with hard work and determination it can be.
