How I Started:
I got started when I was tired of feeling sorry for myself. I always kept hoping for a miracle to happen that one day I'd wake up with a flat tummy and killer arms. But I realized that it takes work and discipline to achieve my fitness goals. I'm only just beginning, so I have to keep reminding myself to hang-in there and in time I will get to the fitness level that I'm happy with.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me an outlet for any kind of stress and it gives me a great feeling of accomplishment when I'm done.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read great fitness magazines and keep pictures of my favortie fitness models to motivate me.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major yet, but if I have to say one accomplishment, it would have to be that I got off my lazy butt and started working out! =)
I have been slacking! No motivation and drive. I need to find it in me and just pick my fat ass up and workout and stop eating sweets! I've been indulging in desserts lately, so bad! =( And look how long it's been since I posted --- a year!! OMG, I really am a slacker! lol
