This Is How I Work...
Training: When it comes to training nothing beats circuit training to me. It's enabled me to cut cardio down. Circuit training combines cardio and lifting all in one.
Cardio: I use to do cardio morning and night but I found that it's not necessary if I did what I do with a greater speed and intensity. So if your spending 2 or 3 hours a day doing cardio cut it out! Increase your level, pace, and intensity. If your looking to burn fat, that will do it. :-)
My favorite moves:
Quads - UFC's (don't really love this 1 but it's an effective challenge)
Hamstrings - Reverse Plank
Glutes - Alternating squat kick (works abs in the process) love a 2 for 1 :-)
Chest - Reverse fly
Back - Renegades
Bicep's - close grip hammer curl
Tricep's - head-banger
Shoulders - Arnold press
THE LIFT:
If it's burning, it's working! Max out weight! Squat & deadlifts 6 sets 9 reps each set
back lift 45 degree angle, dumbbell curl, hammer curl, delt's - lateral & front, shoulder press, tricep kickback 6/6. Standing calf raise 3/20 Dumbbell Shrug 3/12

Monday - Oatmeal with raisins (I like it with a few raisins)
Kashi Cereal with Soy Milk
Chicken breast with mixed veggies
Greek Yogurt "vanilla" by Dannon (snack delicious :)
Grilled chicken With Spinach
Grapefruit (snack) some people have grapefruit in the AM. I eat what I want when I want as long as I stay within my calories I'm OK.
Tuesday - Oatmeal
Small wheat bagel with 2 hard boiled eggs
4oz. grilled sirloin steak with broccoli
Greek yogurt
Grilled chicken with mixed salad with a little light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Grape fruit
Wednesday - Oatmeal
Kashi Cereal with Soy Milk (vanilla) I like the Kashi Cereal with almond & flax
Lunch - Grilled chicken with dole or fresh express spinach with a little vinaigrette dressing on the spinach
Zone bar - fudge graham (love it
Greek yogurt
Chicken breast with broccoli
Snack - cottage cheese (Breakstone) this is a fat burner!!!
Thursday - Oatmeal
Small wheat bagel with 2 hard boiled eggs
Grape fruit
Lunch - Tuna & cottage cheese mixed on a bed of mixed salad.
I know how it sounds but its good. I prefer Starkist tuna
Greek Yogurt
Chicken breast with Spinach
1 Kashi cookie (just 1, it's a 130 calories but it's pure goodness) all natural
Friday - Oatmeal
Small wheat bagel with 2 hard boiled eggs
Grape fruit
Lunch - Grilled chicken with Romaine salad & vinaigrette dressing
1 pack of Planters mixed nuts
Zone bar - fudge graham
Baked lemon fish with mixed veggies
Greek yogurt
On The Weekend - Weekends are basically more of the same.
I may do Broccoli with Grilled Shrimp or Tilapia and now that my focus isn't weight loss anymore I'll allow myself a turkey burger or baked lamb. I know that isn't too bad but when I have it, it's a welcomed change.

Consistency is the key
I was never a fan of supplements until I realized that consistency was necessary. If you start and stop and continue to do so you'll never get the true benefit from your supplement's.
Set realistic goal's. Create a healthy meal plan with a regular workout routine. Purchase your supplement's of choice and get to work. Stay stocked and remain consistent and focused.

Results are the ultimate motivator.
We are all motivated for different reason's. It could be someone's story, before and after photo's, or by attraction alone.
I find myself motivated daily by my friend's and those who are following me, ( love ya all ). When people are watching you, you ought to give them something to watch. A different and improved you to look forward to.
I could have done this with or without you but I'm glad it was with you. With all of you. So many of you have been true believers and motivators on my journey and I thank you.
