thanks for the tip man, yeah I still haven't got use to eating so much..I know I'm not getting enough protein so maybe I need a good protein shake to help me reach it..?

ha, yeah it is creepy but thats the cheapest way the owners can keep their eyes on the gym..It would be neat to go back and see yourself online though lol

yeah really ha, whats weird but kinda cool is that the gym will have live camera feeds to its web page and you will actually be able to see people working out at any time of day...Training's goin okay trying to get my strength back up after being out 2 weeks from a cold :( but workin hard only way to get what you want...Just keep exercising, and eating right, and make sure you keep your workout switched up every few weeks and results will come :)

I'm running on 2 weeks also! I hate being sick! The D.C. workout is when you do Heavy weight that you can only get 4-6 reps out of Take 10-15 Breaths and repeat until you get a total of 11-15 reps.
