I want to gain as much muscle as possible,I'm a hard gainer...I plan on gaining anywhere from 175-190 if possible and then cut back 5% to 10% of my total weight Also wanting to run a half Marathon at end of goal
I started working out back in late May weighing in at 153, at the time my goal was to gain as much muscle hopefully reaching 180-190 while eating somewhat healthy foods (mainly chicken breasts or tuna). I know at the time I was not taking in enough protein. The supplement I did add was P...
just stick with it and you won't be disapointed man! i've been lifting for the past 4 years and when i started right outta high school i was 160 and now i'm 209. gotta stay determined!

Most important tip is to eat, eat, and then eat again! You have to get alot of clean calories if you want to put on lean muscle. Thanks for the compliment.
You will for sure get results! =] That is really creepy- cameras in a gym! lol.. omg i would be afraid to workout there... it would be cool though if you can see past video and watch yourself
Thats great- I wish my gym did 24hrs. There is always like a few times in a year you find yourself wishing it was open around midnight- or at least 11! Hows your training going?? Mine is alright Im trying to give absolutely everything to the workout... still not happy with results though =[
woah, intense, sounds awesome as for strength gains tho. let me know how you go, i wouldnt mind trying that if you gain a huuge amount of mass!

x
haha, thankyou! You’re looking awesome also!
Argh I hate being sick. =[ I hope you feel better soon. I was sick a few weeks ago, I had to take TWO weeks off training, which made me cry. Haha
Dogcrap workout? What on earth is that?!
hey man, thanks for the add. and for ur help, i saw great strength gains from doing 5x5 with bench, and my diet was high protein and carb, moderate (healthy) fat. usually came in around 250 g of protein, ~400 g of carbs, and 60+ g of fat. most of my carbs consumed were post-w.o. and before bed to help storage and weight gain
