How I Started:
I travel for work which led to me gaining some weight around my belly. I used to weigh 155lbs when I started out now I am at 197lbs.
Why I Love It:

I actually look at websites such as Bodybuilding.com, talk to people at gym who I admire, dream about six packs lol

I want my bodyfat % below 10 & I want a six-pack! (not the drinking kind :)
Goal (Long):
When I started lifting I was following strength building workout but I maxed out at 185lbs. Then I switched my workouts to lifting 70-80% of my max in a high intensity workout with no cardio. My goal is to cut my bodyfat to single digits. My other goal break a mil in 2 years. (Already achieved benching 225x3)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
