How I Started:
I started in High school through sports, but once i stopped playing organized and graduated, i kind of fell off and lost a good amount of mass throughout my body. I used to weigh 180 in high school and now at 24 im basically struggling to get back to that.
Why I Love It:
I love it because i LOVE being healthy, and seeing the results visually on my physique. I have goals of being around 200 sooner rather than later. Im a gym rat, i just enjoy being in there and working hard. It gives me a release from stress and school. Great place for me to relax
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to perfect myself. Im constantly trying to learn from others and see how to do better. Improvement and perfection keep me going.
BB Accomplishments:
Ive become much more lean,im hoovering around 8 percent body fat. And have gained 15 pounds of retained muscle weight in 7 months.
I want to gain 25 pounds of muscle and weigh in around 200 lbs. Id like to have as little body fat as possible correlated to the body weight goal i have. i want to be shredded and be overall comfortable with the way i look. Im fully dedicated to it. Ive been trying many different routines ive read about, seems like they help for a time and then i end up leveling off like always. I push myself over the top, but it seems my body just doesnt get the results
